World Community Service Projects A World Community Service project is born when Rotary clubs from two or more countries join together to accomplish a community service project. The WCS program links Rotary clubs needing extra help with clubs in other countries that are willing to provide funds, materials, and technical and professional assistance. We believe this project serves two very worthy causes. First, it puts the Emblem of Rotary International on license plates therefore giving it exposure. Second, it is a great way to raise needed funds for The Rotary Foundation and for District projects that help people right here in South Carolina. MORE..... Rotary International is participating in the United Airlines Mileage Plus Charity Miles Program. This facility allows Rotarians as well as non-Rotarians to donate miles in 1,000-mile increments to benefit programs of The Rotary Foundation. MORE.....
