Mid-Year Assembly Jan. 30
January 30. The Hilton in Greenville. Registration at 9:00 AM. Meeting starts at 9:30 AM. The target audience for this meeting is current Presidents and Presidents Elect, District Officers, AGs, Club Officers and anyone else interested in learning more about Rotary and the District. It will include a separate session for Presidents Elect called Pre PETS. The preliminary agenda looks like this
- Session 1: Put the fun back in fundraising. Many of the Clubs during my official visit wanted to know more about some of the good fundraising ideas. We will have a panel of experts as well as asking the participants for what works for their club. Come learn how Fort Mill uses “hotties” from Atlanta.
- Session 2: We’re rounding second and heading for home. I have asked for Chairs to give a no more than six minute update on the progress toward the goals. Microphones will be shutoff after six minutes. Speakers will be kneecapped if they go on past 6 min 30 secs.
- Introduction of Pecha Kucha Concept (1 minute)
