The Final Report shall include:

A highly detailed and clearly organized report of expenses
Copies of receipts for purchases made with grant funds
Detailed information regarding all beneficiaries of grant funds
A detailed account of Rotarian participation in the implementation of the project
A detailed narrative delineating the implementation of the project and how experiences garnered will inform/guide the club/district for the next year
A minimum of one photograph of the project.
